Laurel Bylin

Marketing & Events Manager

Laurel leads Marketing and Events at Felicis, where she supports the firm’s brand and community. She oversees the strategy and execution of events and programming that bring the Felicis network together, from intimate founder gatherings to larger-scale initiatives. Her work focuses on creating thoughtful, high-quality experiences that strengthen relationships and support founders from the earliest stages.

Prior to joining Felicis, Laurel was a Marketing Coordinator at Scale Venture Partners. There, she worked closely with the operating team and helped grow the firm’s events platform, supporting programming for founders and portfolio leaders. Her work contributed to building community across the portfolio and elevating the firm’s presence within the venture ecosystem.

Earlier in her career, Laurel worked in business development at an environmental consulting firm, where she focused on client partnerships and strategic growth initiatives.

Laurel graduated summa cum laude from California State University with a degree in Communication Studies.
