Teresa Chan

Teresa serves as CFO & Co-COO at Felicis. She joined the firm in 2019 and has over twelve years of experience in the venture capital industry. Most recently, she served as Finance Manager at InterWest Partners, where she worked closely with the CFO on portfolio company valuations, financial reporting, and analyses. Prior to InterWest, she held multiple positions on the finance team at DCM Ventures. Before entering the venture capital industry, Teresa had roles in corporate finance at Johnson & Johnson and Gap, Inc.

Teresa received her bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences (emphasis in Molecular Biology) and Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
