Grace Chou is a Principal on the investment team at Felicis. At Felicis, Grace has sourced and works with portfolio companies such as Sprout Therapy, Good Dog, Trialspark, LabGenius, Sendoso, Torch, Kyklo, Marigold Health, among others.

Grace has been named to Forbes 30 Under 30 in Venture Capital in 2020, as well as Wall Street Journal 10 Women to Watch in VC in 2021.

Prior to joining Felicis, Grace worked at Walmart, where she led projects in M&A, strategy, business development, and investing. She helped Walmart acquire a dozen companies ranging from technology startups to eCommerce brands and platforms such as Jet.com and ModCloth. Internationally, Grace led Walmart’s investment in Dada (last mile grocery delivery), Walmart’s first strategic investment in China. She also worked on the strategic partnership between Walmart and JD.com in China, as well as crafted the investment thesis for eCommerce in India. Moreover, Grace developed Walmart’s strategy for voice shopping and conversational commerce, driving the partnership between Walmart and Google Home. During her last year at Walmart, she led strategy and business development for Walmart’s fast-growing online media business.

Grace started her career as an investment banker. She holds a BA in Economics and a BA in Legal Studies from UC Berkeley.
