Zoe Siegel

Zoe is the Director of Talent at Felicis, partnering with Felicis founders and investors to build exceptional teams and durable talent strategies across the portfolio.

Zoe brings deep experience partnering with founder-led, venture-backed companies at critical inflection points. Prior to Felicis, she was a Partner at Artisanal Talent, where she led executive searches across engineering, product, and design. She worked closely with CEOs and boards to build foundational leadership teams, with placements spanning early-stage startups through public companies.

Outside of Felicis, Zoe is an avid mountain athlete and lifelong explorer. She splits her time between San Francisco and Tahoe.

She is a graduate of Brandeis University, where she studied Arabic & the Middle East and served as captain of the women’s soccer team.
