Meet Our Newest Partner Feyza Haskaraman

Please join us in welcoming Feyza Haskaraman to Felicis as our newest Partner. She comes to us from Menlo Ventures, where she backed category-defining companies in enterprise security, developer infrastructure, and AI-native applications.

After her undergraduate engineering and graduate degrees in mechanical engineering from MIT, Feyza started her career as an engineer, building at Fitbit and Analog Devices. She then advised Fortune 500 tech companies and startups at McKinsey, further developing her insight for analytical rigor.  Feyza moved into venture at Insight Partners and later Menlo Ventures. This path – engineer, strategist, investor – means she speaks both sides of the founder journey: the technical complexity of what’s being built and the enterprise realities of how it scales.

When we first met Feyza two years ago, she made an immediate and profound impression. Her approach to investing matched our own philosophy. Feyza has a knack for spotting breakout companies before anyone else. She dives into the technical fundamentals, developing a nuanced understanding that sets her apart. Her commitment to company building extends far beyond the initial investment; she actively guides founders through unexpected challenges and facilitates crucial industry connections. At Menlo, she sourced and led investments in Semgrep, Astrix, Abacus, Clerk, Parade, and Cloudtrucks – zeroing in early on how AI is reshaping developer security and enterprise infrastructure. Feyza is also an instinctive community architect, whether championing MIT alumni entrepreneurs, writing angel checks, or establishing herself as a leading voice in AI infrastructure and security. Through these efforts, she curates access to market intelligence, top-tier talent, potential customers, and strategic partnerships. Her dedication to community building is her force multiplier.
