Kaitlin Silow Associate General Counsel

Kaitlin Silow is the Associate General Counsel at Felicis. Kaitlin supports the firm's General Counsel, and advises the Felicis team on investments, governance matters, exits and fund work. She also counsels the firm on various other business, legal, compliance and operational matters.

Before joining Felicis, Kaitlin was an associate at Goodwin Procter in New York City, where she represented technology companies and venture firms in venture and growth equity financings, M&A, and corporate governance.
