Dasha joined Felicis in 2013 and currently serves as co-COO. In this role, she leads the firm’s Founder Success team and investment operations. She launched the industry’s first Founder Development Pledge, committing 1% in non-dilutive capital on top of every first check Felicis writes to be used towards personalized founder development.
She previously worked at sweetgreen, a venture-backed, fast-casual restaurant chain, where she developed, launched and managed Washington DC’s first line of bottled organic cold-pressed juices.
A native Russian, Dasha is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and started her career as a management consultant.
