Ryan Thompson is a Partner at Felicis and serves as the firm’s General Counsel. Ryan advises the Felicis team on investments, exits and fund work. He also counsels the firm on various business, legal, compliance and operational matters. Before joining Felicis, Ryan was COO and General Counsel at Unusual Ventures. Prior to Unusual Ventures Ryan was General Counsel at Shape Security (sold to F5 networks for over $1B). Ryan began his legal career at DLA Piper in San Francisco and Goodwin Procter in Silicon Valley, where he represented technology companies and venture firms in, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings.
