Sarah Dreyfus

Sarah serves as the Head of People at Felicis. She joined the firm in 2025 and brings 13 years of experience in Human Resources, including over eight years in the venture capital sector. Most recently, she held the position of People Operations Manager at Menlo Ventures. Prior to transitioning into venture capital, Sarah held corporate HR roles in large organizations.

She holds a Master’s degree in HR Law from Wake Forest University.
