Alexis Abrams

Alexis Abrams is a Partner at Felicis and serves as the firm’s General Counsel. She provides guidance to the entire Felicis team on investments, exits and fund structuring and serves as counsel to the firm on a broad range of business, legal and operational matters.

Prior to joining Felicis, Alexis was Associate General Counsel at General Catalyst Partners, where she was involved in a wide array of the firm’s operations, including, fund formation, the investment process from deal execution to exit, portfolio management and general firm administrative matters. Alexis began her legal career at Cooley LLP in San Francisco, where she represented emerging companies and venture capital firms in general corporate matters, investments, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings.

Alexis graduated from the University of Michigan School of Law, cum laude, and Brown University.
