Tim Bertrand

Tim Bertrand currently serves as President – Worldwide GTM & Field Ops at project44, one of the fastest growing SaaS companies in the U.S. and the world’s leading advanced supply chain visibility platform for shippers and third-party logistics firms.

He joins Felicis as a Fund Advisor, bringing his expertise in open-source software and infrastructure to the firm. Tim is an experienced investor and startup advisor, helping to build and scale engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams at companies such as HAProxy, Guideline 401K, Moltin (a division of Elastic Path) and TIVE.

Prior to project44, Tim was the Chief Revenue Officer at Acquia, an open digital experience platform enabling organizations to build, host, analyze, and communicate with customers at scale through websites and digital applications. At Acquia, he scaled the global GTM team from 3 to 300 people, and recurring revenue from $500K to over $200M during his ten-year tenure. Acquia was acquired by Vista Equity Partners in 2019 for $1.05B USD.

Tim is also an award-winning racer and President of Bertrand Motorsports, a professional auto racing operation founded in 1985. He graduated with a BS in Financial Services from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI.
